The practice of remote hiring has become a part of the contemporary working culture. Business organizations are no longer bound by their physical location, and they have the ability to attract talent globally. Nevertheless, as much as the advantages are substantial, including flexibility, introduction to larger pools of talent, and in most cases, reduced cost of operations, the approach is also characterized by unique issues that organizations need to overstep in order to hire effectively.
